Scotland Boiler Hire

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal information is used when you visit Scotland Boiler Hire or send an enquiry. The form asks for contact details and information about the work you want to discuss.

Use the enquiry form if you have a privacy question or want to make a request about your information. Please keep the message limited to what is needed to identify and explain that request.

Information in Your Enquiry

The required form details are your name, email address and a short description. You may also provide an organisation, telephone number, site location and details about the work or timing.

These details are used to handle your enquiry, contact you and maintain an internal record of the discussion. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential personal records through this form.

Services Used to Handle the Message

Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and forwards form requests. Google Cloud hosts the form service, SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email, Doxa records the enquiry for internal handling and Google Workspace handles email correspondence.

Those services process information as part of hosting, security, message delivery or enquiry handling. This notice does not promise a particular provider location or absolute security.

Website Operation

Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as an IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and images are served with the site rather than loaded from an external font service.

The website templates add no advertising, marketing-cookie or analytics scripts. That statement concerns the website code and does not describe every operation performed by the hosting and security services.

Your Information Requests

You can ask about the information held in connection with your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion where the applicable conditions allow it. Rights and requests may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

The Information Commissioner’s Office guidance (ico.org.uk) explains the conditional right to erasure.

Use our enquiry form for a privacy question or request. State the email address used for your original enquiry and the request you want considered.
